To acknowledge the important part that cricket has played in our local history, the Frenchay Museum has prepared a new display that will be on show from October 2000 to April 2001. It includes team photographs, old score books, profiles on individual cricketing personalities, club badges, caps, ties, trophies, an antique bat, and much more, from the cricket clubs of Frenchay and Hambrook, and a special feature on WG Grace, captain of Frenchay CC in 1870. |
